Why work with me instead of hiring someone full-time?
A full-time hire costs many times more and takes months to find. This starts now — no equity, no headcount. When you do need someone in-house, I will say so.
What does a month actually look like?
Two or three sprints against a feature list we agree first. Scope written down up front, progress you can see in Figma, replies within the day.
Can you build the front-end too?
You get the Figma, plus a working prototype of the landing page built with Claude Code and Cursor. How that gets taken into your product is your team's call.
What if the scope grows?
We re-scope or re-price, and that trigger is in the arrangement from the start. Last time scope outgrew the cap, the only lever left was walking away. Not again.
Can we start with something small?
